First of all we would like to express our gratitude to the administration and the staff of ISUCT for
keeping the memory of my father.
The article by professor Gnedin is written with warmth and reflects
the spirit and essence of the scientific activities of my father, which, unfortunately cannot be
said about the text that accompanies the plaque.
Still, an unfortunate mistake concerning the place
of the defense of the doctoral dissertation occurred in professor Gnedin’s article. We use this
opportunity to correct the inaccuracy: from the words of my parents and also according to the
documents kept in the Russian State Library archives

dissertation on sulfonation in the Mendeleev Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology on February 11, 1948.
My father Spryskov A. A. was the first in Ivanovo, who defended a doctoral dissertation.
Father recalled that the day was surprisingly sunny and spring-like joyful.

THE COMBINED USE OF WAVE AND CHEMICAL-BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS
On our Web site we presented an overview of the methods of how the "special means" are applied.
These methods, judging from the cases reported by the press, continue to be used, however as a
result of a long term observation an insight about the existence of other, remote non-contact
methods of application have emerged.
From the history of application of chemical, biological and electromagnetic weapons a concept
of the combined use of these three components to achieve the destructive effect is known. This concept
later transformed into the idea of regulating biochemical processes on a cellular level by
subjecting the living organisms to electromagnetic radiation, causing effects similar to the
use of chemical and biological agents, but requiring only microdoses of such agents, or using
chemical or biological agents already located in the body in a dormant state. And then came the
opportunity to do even without the agents, by using only the electromagnetic radiation to control
the biochemical processes of the organism.

posted a book review [1] reported at the
Joint Symposium on Interactions of Electromagnetic Waves with Biological Systems
(1987, Tel Aviv, Israel). The book
reads in part that weak low frequency and radiofrequency electromagnetic fields amplitude-modulated
at extremely low frequencies (ELF) can alter behavior of hormones, neurotransmitters and other
molecules in body cells contributing to the development of various diseases, including oncological diseases.
One of the books which has recently appeared on the bookstore shelves [2] reported about the wave
genetic weapons “active development of which is presently being carried out by certain forces”
([2], p. 269). What this means is the possibility of a transmission of a viral information package
by waves with a help of a “repeater”. As a result of such wave packet getting into the human body
the virus may reappear on the physical level thus causing a virus-like disease ([2], p. 289, 293).
(A virus in essence can be considered as an information poison). Such a wave packet, once in the
human body, is able to alter the entire course of metabolism, in particular causing the appearance
of endogenous toxins, which may have been what the authors discovered having experienced “severe
toxification of the organism” during the alleged exposure. The authors “were surprised to discover
that behind all this were the special services, mostly Russian, but others as well” ([2] p. 105).
We decided to comment on this information: to begin with, this sort of work was indeed conducted in
the USSR ([3] Kaznacheev), and later in the laboratories of the Russian Academy of Sciences ([4], Gariaev).
In particular it became possible to invoke in a living cell in a contactless manner symptoms identical
to those of a viral infection. The effect is caused by the transfer of information from an infected
cell to a healthy one by means of electromagnetic waves (ultra weak electromagnetic radiation) ([3],
Kaznacheev, page 22, 23). According to the publication [5], the Kaznacheev discoveries are reported
to be the basis for much of the Russian electromagnetic biological warfare program.
Now about the “repeaters”: this kind of generators simulating the topology and electrodynamics of the
DNA molecule did exist already in 1994 in the laboratories of the Russian Academy of Sciences ([4] Gariaev, p. 3),
plans were made to create ([4], p. 198) a family of bio-opto-radioelectronic and bio-axion equipment capable of
simulating wave states of the genome. The possibility of non-matrix synthesis of polypeptides and
polynucliotides by the wave method was also researched ([4], p. 100) (polynucleotides – DNA, RNA;
polypeptides – proteins, the foundation of cells of living organisms) .
Relying on our personal experience, information from open sources, analyzing the cases of
applications of special means, as well as observing the bizarre picture of outbreaks of viral diseases
in humans and animals in the past two decades across the globe, we consider these methods rather plausible.

In this message we want to answer the letters we receive on our e-mail baranovfamily@hotmail.com.
The reason for such "collective" response is that the core of the problems and the questions we are
being asked is virtually of the same type. In addition, if we responded to someone separately,
we would have deprived others of this information. All that is important we put on our website so
that it is accessible to everybody.
We deeply and sincerely sympathize with those who found themselves under the pressure of “special means”.
As it turned out, there is a great number of such people.
For the person who finds himself in such a situation it is extremely difficult to comprehend it.
Each time being under attack, he will tell himself the same thing: this is impossible, what did I
do to provoke it? And what do I do now?
Answers to these questions you will find if you read our Web site carefully. There is a list of
additional sources of information quoted on our site.
Many remedies are simple and easily accessible, the difficulty is that they have to be applied
every day over and over again so that the person’s everyday life changes and may with difficulty
fit the ordinary patterns of life. At present, however, the situation is relieved by the fact that
not only the Internet but also the Russian press and even the television talks about this subject
quite openly. More and more people and organizations know what this is about. At the time when we
started we could not even think that 14 years later everything would change so dramatically. The main
thing which we succeeded in doing was raising this issue, formulating what seemed unthinkable at that
time. The goal, which we set for ourselves back then was to inform the ordinary people about the covered
methods of persecution. We believe we succeeded in achieving that goal.

NOTES ON POLITICAL SITUATION IS RUSSIA 2009.
Our last stay in Russia lasted for half a year
from September 4, 2008 to March 10, 2009.
This was enough to identify those substantial changes in political direction, which Russia
chose for itself. Soon everybody will realize that “Putin’s Russia” was essentially “liberal”,
in the Russian meaning of this word, of course. For what is to come a better word is “fascisation”.
Already prepared, renewed and put into action laws, orders and regulations, which treat free
thinking as “espionage”. This process is nothing less than reviving of the infamous article 58
of the criminal code which was used to wipe out the best of the intelligentsia during the Beriya
repressions of the 1930-s – 1950-s. (We’ll remind our readers – Lavrentiy Beriya – peoples commissar
of Internal Affairs during 1930-s – 1950-s known for his fanatical cruelty to his victims.
Beriya was executed (shot) in 1954 by his political-criminal “colleagues”.
And now, those who destroyed the state, eliminated its potential, organized and implemented the
disintegration of the state for personal benefit, those, whose actions qualify according to their
own laws as treason, will scream “death to spies!” on every corner, set up show trials etc. in
order to distract people’s attention from their crimes and avoid the responsibility for their actions.
The KGB/FSB (FSB – successor of the KGB) and the Ministry of the Interior, which served as instruments
of state control since 1917, are again adopting violence as preferred manner of action.
Nothing but violence!
Once again is looming, developed in the 50-s – 80-s years of the last century “punitive medicine”,
with psychiatry as one of the instruments of individual suppression, discrediting, life long isolation
followed by physical liquidation of those, who could not be accused of “espionage”.
Russian medical doctors are being replaced by those less scrupulous in observance of the Hippocratic
oath and who as a rule poorly know Russian language. The spectrum of “special means” used by special
services for persecution has changed. The so called “radio wave weaponry” with its widest potential
for individual and mass control and zombie-ing is becoming most widely used. According to our knowledge,
mass production of this sort of devices has started, the Russian academy of science has been tasked
with improvement of this sort of weaponry, while these weapons are being tested on unsuspecting people.
Several years ago the State Duma of the Russian Federation failed to pass the law prohibiting experiments
on people without their consent – those Daemons they knew what they were doing. The older, more
primitive methods of suppression, such as chemical and biological weapons are becoming secondary,
although preserved and still used.
Financial insolvency of the regime is causing debate on lowering the pressure on the state pension fund
and social security. The result is likely to be an increase in mortality of pensioners and disabled in
the next three years.
The economic direction of Russia’s present internal policy is artificial impoverishment of the majority
of small and medium proprietors, redistribution of property to those loyal to the regime, deprivation
of housing under various pretexts and without those. This constitutes a modern version of the massive
property expropriation of the 1930s known in Russia as “raskulatchivaniye”, under which Bolsheviks
destroyed the majority of proprietors – the Russian peasantry.
And of course destroying the institution of the family of the opponents of the regime as well as those,
who do not publicly express discontent but who are disobedient in thoughts.
With regards to the politics, it is appropriate to recall Germany of the first half of the 20-th century.
Defeat in the World War I and as a result a humiliating Treaty of Versailles with loss of territory –
Elzas and Lotharingia. In the Russia case – defeat in the Cold War and as a result the
“Belovezh agreement” with the loss of Ukraine, Belorussia etc. The mounting discontent of the
Kremlin-Lubyanka (Lubyanka - home of the KGB/FSB) elite is growing into rage as they are not getting
all they expected in exchange for the treasonous demolition of the empire, and that despite of all the
plundered wealth they are not being let further than the doorsteps, or at best the kitchen, of the
Western home, that they are being treated as inferior and used as agents, all that is pushing them
towards vengeance.
The regime cannot rely upon the discontented army, actually it does not need it as there is no external
enemy. For the regime there is only one enemy – the people inhabiting this part of the globe.
This is why the Ministry of the Interior troops undergo a hasty reinforcement. Special units including
those that report only to the Minister of the Interior (unit “Zubr”) are being created. In Dzerzhinsky
division of the Ministry of the Interior garrison near Moscow nightly shooting is common as a result of
continuous exercises. Blank rounds are used, but for how much longer!?
The growing discontent among the ordinary people of Russia, Ukraine, etc with the corruption of the
ruling class creates a situation where those at the top cannot rule with the old methods any longer.
Those currently at the top will try much harder than their predecessors – Bolsheviks and communists –
to keep the power and the privileges that come with it. In our opinion this change (coup) to the
“new order” took place in 2009. This, unfortunately, went unnoticed, although it will have a profound
negative effect on everyone.

The U.S. Department of State in its annual 2005 Report of March 8, 2006 on Human Rights Practices
has again subjected Russia to rigid criticism for the following human rights problems:
torture, violence, and other brutal or humiliating treatment;harsh and frequently
life-threatening prison conditions; corruption in law enforcement; arbitrary arrest and detention;
alleged executive branch influence over judicial decisions in certain high?profile cases;
government pressure that continued to weaken freedom of expression and media independence;
continued limitations, primarily by local authorities, on freedom of assembly;
societal discrimination, harassment; restrictions on freedom of movement and migration;
negative official attitudes toward, and sometimes harassment of, certain NGOs; trafficking in persons;
widespread governmental and societal discrimination; instances of forced labor and others.

Russia for the first time has got in the list of the
most dangerous countries in the world.
American magazine Forbes has published the
data of the analysis of the American consulting company
iJet Intelligent Risk Systems and the London firm Control Risks,
engaged in an estimation of a degree of risk of visiting various
countries of the world by both businessmen, and tourists.
For the first time Russia appeared in the company of such dangerous places
as Southern Africa, China, Burundi, Pakistan and Papua New Guinea.
In our opinion the reason lays in the destruction of the state institutions
and the domination of left under no control special services, which
cultivate lawlessness and sow the evil.

We were disappointed to learn about the recent State Duma’s (Russian Parliament) rejection
of the amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation governing responsibility
for conducting medical, scientific and other experiments on humans without their voluntary
agreement, as well as experiments known to cause harm to health, disablement or endangering life.
The interpretation of the concept of “medical experiment” is given in the document as: any
test or research carried out on a human being involving chemical, surgical, radiation and
other actions on the human organism, creation of artificial conditions of human vital activity.

Our conclusions:
Russia, as the lawful successor of the USSR, has confirmed the inhuman practice of using
unaware people as Guinea Pigs in the past and present. It has no intention of abandoning this
practice in future. Moreover, all this looks like an open challenge of the special services to
the Russian people.

Yesterday we learned about the tragedy in Russia – the explosion in the Moscow Metro.
Expressing our deepest condolences!
But today we have read about the other event: on 3-4 February 2004 the VIII-th World Sobor
of the Russian Orthodox Church took place which elaborated the code of moral rules in
economy inspired by the Christian Ten Commandments.
It is well known, that after the Revolution of 1917 in Russia severe persecutions against
the Orthodox Religion and the Church took place. However paradoxically it might be, but it
was in 1917 that the Patriarchate was restored and Patriarch Tikhon (Vasili Ivanovich Bellavin),
Bishop of Aleutian Islands and Alaska,
became the first Pathriarch after a prolonged interruption. According to the British
reference book, he was hunted and in 1925 killed by poisoning. Even Khrushchev during his
“Thaw” was finishing of the religion.
But at last the 1970s came, and the article “Black Boards” (old icons) by Vladimir Soloukhin was
published. A taboo was removed from the religion. We were the university undergraduates at
that time and read this most interesting introduction into the history of the Russian Orthodoxy.
Inspired by this article, we started to investigate on our own this richest layer of Russian
and world culture, read books on the history of Christianity, architecture, iconography.
Together with father, professor A.A.Spryskov, we drove to his native village Kozhevnikovo
and retrieved miraculously survived iconostasis and ancient books from the home church of
the grandfather Aleksandr Ivanovich Spryskov, the firm believer, merchant of the city of Kostroma.
Using borrowed books on restoration from the excellent Ivanovo Science Library
(the heritage of the old Riga Polytechnic Institute) we started to clean and restore our
“Black Boards”(old icons). Father’s friends brought from the old city of Shuya the New Testament.
But at the same time the negative side of this process started. Discrediting articles about the
connections of the Church and the KGB appeared in the press. The Russian Orthodox rites started
to become a fashion, moreover, criminals tried to attach themselves to the Church.
We, as our grandfather, who had his own church at home, believed that the core of Religion is its
moral code and the Commandments are the way to salvation. And to be Christian for us means to
implement the Commandments into the everyday life. One cannot imagine how much unhappiness might
have avoided Russia at the present stage of its recurrent misfortune, if only her people could
recollect at least two commandments: “keep away from evil” (Rus.: “otydi ot zla”) and
“judge by deeds” (Rus.: “sudite po delam”). Failed to stand firm to sweet speeches,
followed weak-willingly the puppeteers, let overcome themselves by pipers instead.
Moreover, everybody knows the commandment “do not kill” (Rus.: “ne ubij”): it is very difficult
sometimes to draw the line between a just retribution and a murder. But gradually there has
been set a cult of “contract killings” – a murder for money – a pure sin as if sent by Antichrist
as temptation! And the worst comes to the worst! The Russian lads kill each other for the joy
of puppeteers.
The Russian people who were able to resist the Evil collectively during the World War II got
lost when the Evil emerged from inside and everyone had to count on oneself only.
You would ask, what to do, how to pull disintegrating Russia out of the marsh? How to combat the
degradation of culture, destruction of morale, crime? Put people in prisons again? But evidently
this task was set at the beginning: criminalization and dehumanization of the maximum possible
number of people. Moreover, the chalice of humans’ sufferings becomes still more filled by
these means. But the goal must be the opposite – to empty this chalice, to save people from
sufferings. How to do it? This route is partly projected in the 10 Christian Commandments.
How paradoxically it might seem, this is the only way to salvation – the Evil must be concurred
not from outside, but from inside. For those who still do not trust in their strength it is
important to understand that however small be the efforts of an individual, it is significant not
how much can he do, but how much could be done to the extent of their possibilities.
Having lived in the West for many years, in different countries and on different continents and
watching the behavior of very different groups of people, we still might say, that in spite of
the spread of sophisticated methods of evil and violence, the intellectual level of people has
risen enough to accept a principally new and qualitatively higher style of behavior and human
relations. That is why we believe that the appearance of such code in a renovated version is well
timed and demanded by people. If people want to have fine clothes, homes etc, they will as well
want to have a corresponding inner world and a system of relations.
So, it is unequivocally explained what to do and how. No violence. All is voluntary.
But it is very serious!
As to the problem of introducing the Russian Orthodoxy in schools, we would like to note,
that the lessons of history should not be forgotten. Namely, before the adoption of Christianity
a strong attempt was made to impose Judaism as a state religion in Kiev of ancient Russia.
However, it did not suite Prince Vladimir, the son of Svyatoslav, and he preferred the consonant
to the Russian mentality Byzantine version of Christianity. Nevertheless, Judaism did not disappear
and for many centuries hided in shade waiting when having built on the territory of Russia its own
“Byzantine” it could be possible to carry out the quick replacement of the religion.
At present, when Russia is so weak, this dangerous variant to our mind is very possible.

First of all, we would like to mention, that the idea of
creation of out site (www.baranovfamily.org),
which according to our observations is unique, was driven by the unprecedented
scale of application of chemical and biological weapons throughout the World.
The birthplace of such types of weapons, according to the information we have,
are the special services of the former Soviet Union, although the ideas behind those
weapons were laid down in the end of the 19-th century in the former Russian
empire by such scientists as academician Pavlov, Bechterev etc. Already at that
time this kind of research was financed from the budget of the Ministry of the
Interior of the Russian empire. If we look further back in the ages, we’ll find
the idea of clandestine control over a human being in all countries at all
periods of time. These were the weapons of secret societies, clans,
establishments, that is why it is not surprising, that when we found ourselves
in the West, little effort was needed to find the traces of these weapons –
they are on the surface.
We agree with you, that those who currently use such
weapons can be described as mafia –an amalgam of criminals and politicians. It
should be noted though, that special training is required for application of
such weapons, for example when the new security service was formed in Chechnya,
the major requirement for applicants was "...knowledge and experience in
application of poisons..."! (cited from "Izvestia" 1-st half of the 90s). What
we want to say is that effective and clandestine application of such weapons
requires SPECIAL TRAINING, which is acquired under the guidance of special
services. Moreover, if you are saying that biological weapons are applied by
mob or street gang members, then it begs the question: who supplies them with
biological and chemical weapons in such quantities which can be qualified as
interior terrorism – violence (a clandestine form of violence in our case)
committed in order to intimidate the victim into obeying the demands of the
applicant of terror?
Our observations over ethnical groups in the West made it
possible for us to come to a conclusion, that all of them are being controlled
by the special services of those countries where they came from ("Fifth
Column"?) etc... etc... etc...
If we take the uppermost echelon, then we’ll
completely agree with you that the main goal of application of such weapons is
discrediting of the opponent. Since the institution of state exists and taxes
are being collected, it is the law enforcement agencies that are responsible
for such lawlessness, although it is the responsibility of the politicians to
bring this problem into light and under public’s scrutiny. We believe that
there has been collected enough information on this subject and it is necessary
to move to the next stage.

Announcement:
Since July 1-st 2002 the new Criminal Code is coming into force in Russian Federation.
Up to this time the country lived under the Soviet laws and could be regarded a new
state only conditionally. One of the examples of the former evil legal practice which is
intended to be abandoned was clandestine courts held in the absence of
the person being condemned - the practice that still exists in some other countries
(for example see the memoirs of the former Mossad agent - "katsa" - Viktor Ostrovsky
*).
On our Web page "Strasbourg Case" we for the first
time generalized the mechanics of these courts, gave a live example - "Party Komission" - and
publicly declared inadmissibility of using them in a civilized state.
According to the new laws this practice is coming to an end on July 1-st 2002. Opinion
exists that Russia will gain a new juridical face. We hope this is going to be true.
Time, however, will show what will happen in reality...

After we published on the Internet the materials of our
Strasbourg Case we have noticed a specific reaction
from a certain part of our readers who could be called as "strange opponents". Their main
distinctive feature was an intention to diminish the significance of our information.
These "wise guys" tried to give us to understand with ostentatious disregard that they
know much more. In this respect we would like to emphasize the following. The information
that we possess was acquired by us as a result of our long experience, it was
thoroughly analyzed by us and the conclusions were made which do not contradict the data
published in the open press. This is why our knowledge is our intellectual property,
which we can use at our own discretion. On the contrary, the knowledge of our opponents
has been received in a passive way from a System, Service, Organization etc. If our
boastful opponents really know more than we do, why don't they open their own sites on
the Internet? Wouldn't it be because they are afraid that the System, Service,
Organization etc. could tear off all their body parts for that?

Where the Russian Federal Law "About Weapons", Article 6, is published.
It has been recently passed into law by Russian Parliament - the State Duma.
The Law (Part 1, items 5 and 7) enumerates poisons, chemical and biological weapons
that are prohibited for use by civilians and the military on the territory
of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that this Law indirectly acknowledges the fact
of the use of both chemical and biological weapons on the territory of the
USSR/Russian Federation.
The acceptance of this Law became possible only under the pressure of facts
brought to light. And we were the FIRST(!), who, despite the enormous risk, endeavored
to state openly about it.
Owing to the shortage of information we refrain now from further comment on this Law.
Therefore, we are applying to everybody who knows anything on this issue. We
would be grateful to receive any additional information!

Psycho-Physiological Aspects
Psycho-physiological aspects of behavior modification – what
is it? How did it become possible to create new physiologic reflexes with the
use of chemical and biological weapons? What does collision of neural processes
mean, or how to cause an artificial neurosis and for what purpose? What
conditions is it necessary to create to disorient a victim, to destroy its
moral vectors, to subordinate a person to someone else’s will?
A sensible approach to these questions originated in the
second half of the 19-th century at the intersection of psychiatry, physiology
and pharmacology. But the major development of this problem started immediately
after Bolsheviks’ coming to power in 1917. Against the background of an
unprecedented pressing of the old “bourgeois” intelligentsia out of the country,
Bolsheviks quickly found out the existence of a certain direction in science,
which fitted in their ideology of creation of a “human being of a new type”. How
was it taking place, who stood behind it and was there a succession in the
research between the old tsarist and the new Bolsheviks regimes, as well as
many other questions, including medical aspects, will be addressed in our book.

CONCERNING THE PRESENT MOMENT.
Since March 26 till September 11 2001 we sent 170 e-mails to mass media and interested
organizations, including the following countries: Russian Federation, USA, France, Germany,
Sweden, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Japan, Latvia etc. During this period our
website was visited for more than 250 times. We sent our last message on
11 September 2001 at 17.27 London time after what we learned about the tragedy in the USA.
Why has it happened? How happened that the robust male pilot crews of hijacked aircrafts
gave away the steering wheels of their plains with such an easiness? There were not even a
threat of using firearms! We have no doubts that special means suppressing the will to resist
were applied by hijackers. We cannot find the other answer.
Long before, since the dawn of 1970-s/beginning of 1980-s, in the USSR, being subgected to
severe total pressing of the special services (KGB/MVD), we started raising alarm
(see our article "Special Services Against the Ordinary People").
Having come to the West we were shocked to have found a similar situation. It became clear to us
why our information was ignored, and we were actually put in a position of prisoners of war.
At our own risk we decided to launch this website and tried to reach at least somebody.
It turned out that the ordinary people (as well as the part of politics) at the West were
at no less extent paralyzed by fear than people in the former USSR.
Now that the people of the World have passed the Rubicon, the real threat arose of turning
the lives of millions of ordinary people into prison by means of draconian methods of security.
In estimating what has happened we agree with the expression of Russian writer
A. A. Zinoviev about the "international conspiracy of special services" ("zagovor spetzsluzhb").
The direct road to creation of total, unrestricted control and manipulation of human
behavior is now open. The documentary base have long been prepared.
So according to one of classified documents of the Ministry of Health of the USSR of 1991
the forcible castration of individuals of both sexes is possible without the individual's
consent and awareness. As it was said in the document, it is performed
"in established way" ("v ustanovlennom poryadke") that is to say, is accomplished by
interior special services.
Another example. A new law legalizing euthanasia came into force this year in Netherlands.
It was adopted at all the highest levels (including the Queen of Netherlands).
The same law passed in Germany in 1930-s a gave green light to what have happened then in
this country.
One more example. Human cloning. Religious leaders of a country regarding
itself as civilized one (we are speaking about Israel) stated that human cloning does
not contradict the dogmas of Judaism.
The fourth example. At present in the medical circles of the United Kingdom the New
Guidance for nursing, issued by the UK Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health
Visiting (UKCC) have been under discussion. According to it the wide range of medicines
may be covertly administrated to the patients to control behavior by hiding medication
in patient's food and drink.
The similar examples may be continued.
It is necessary to emphasize that all restricting frames for such orders, guidances,
regulations etc, are merely decorative.

Before going further with the theme that we started in our previous article ("Special Services
Against the Ordinary People"), we would like to inform the readers of our web site about the
following. In order to attract attention to the raised problem, we have been sending signal
information to newspapers, magazines, public, state and international organizations since
March 26 to April 26 2001.
We sent 116 messages to 102 addresses,
96 of them have been sent to 82 addresses (22 returned)
in Russian Federation -- newspapers and magazines, the State Duma and television(NTV).
20 messages have been sent to foreign newspapers, magazines, public, state, international
organizations including United Nations Organization, namely: Office of the United Nations,
High Commissioner for Human Rights (e-mail: webadmin.hchr@unog.ch); World Health Organization
(info@who.int; library@who.int; publications@who.int). The texts of those messages are
displayed in the "Appendix" below.
As a result, we received only one reply from Ekaterinburg (Russian Federation). Our
correspondent showed specific interest to the documents of the legal process in California,
USA, but not to the core of the raised problem. We are taking now this opportunity to reply,
that this information arrives in the open access for the first time.
The result did not surprise us, as it confirms our assertion of the conspiracy of silence
around this dangerous theme.
Judging by circumstantial evidence the exposed information caused the real shock.
Somebody tried to find who stands behind us. And the interested forces are looking in panic
for the means to prevent further publications. That is why we would like to emphasize
once more that, paradoxically though it may sound, such a dangerous theme turned out to
be raised on our own only.
We were slightly surprised by the absence of reaction from the High Commissioner for Human
Rights, and saddened with the absence of any interest from colleagues from the World Health
Organization. They may know that the doctors who violated the Hippocratic oath always take
part in criminal experiments and in all tortures, both transient and prolonged, aimed at
causing victim the most qualified harm.
Even if our information holds no interest for those who knows much more, we believe that
it raises the problem, which is important to public. It must be disclosed and discussed.
Ultimately, this practice must be proscribed and prohibited in the future.
